The Newies of Year 11, 1997
Being one of the newies wasn't that easy. I had to settle down with the pace of Ruse, make new friends and get used to the smell of animals. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my days in Ruse. People and most of the teachers are very friendly. The animals are cute and we get to run around the farm once in a while...

Some Reminiscences of Agriculture
While the photos are loading, let me recall your memory of some very funny incidents. Talk about funny incidents, we really can't possibly forget about our agriculture classes. I, being a member of Mr. Grant's class, did went to Mr. Brown's class a few times and I gotta say, Mr.Brown's class is always in a choatic mode at the back of the room... Well... I guess with Yasantha, Khang, Ankush, George and Gaurav in the same class, you really won't expect that class can be in control. Nevertheless, Mr. Grant's class is pretty funny as well as we have Vijay, Minh and Rajat. Now, let me recall some of the incidents from Mr. Brown's class...

Mr. Brown's Class (Hmm... Yasantha seems to be the main cast of this section.)
Yansantha collapsing upon himself under the burden of his pot belly in ag class for no particular reason.
Ankush came in to ag class late, gave an excuse about something, then Khang did the same thing 30 seconds later followed by Gaurav.
Musical chair in ag.
Yansantha sprayed everyone with dam water, then afterwards got sprayed by Mr. Brown.
Eating all the corns in the field.
Yasanthe kicking oranges off the trees.
The guys left their bags in class... Khang came running in and said he forgot where he left my bag and went all over the school searching for it...then Gaurav and Ankush came in a minute later and said they had their ball stuck up a tree so Gaurav had to climb up and get it...showing his ripped pants to prove it....hahaahah...we couldn't stop laughing all the remainder of the double period.
Mr. Grant's Class
Poor Vjay getting busted by Mr. Grant every  two seconds.
Vijay's one page potato trial.
Vijay drew an essay title page for his HSC agriculture exam because he had so much time to waste.
Our extrememly successful potato trial... we managed to cause less than 10% of potatoes to grow successfully. I bet no other class can do it.
Rajat said, "How come that ewe has balls?"
Minh put a stick on the back of a ram and then the ram walked around with it not even realising it was there, Minh called it the art of unawareness. Then Mr Grant came and Minh got busted as expected...
Bathurst Excursion
Rajat said, "your mum is so thin that she can fit through your..." (Because I believe someone may get offened if I finish the sentence, and so I didn't put the last word of the sentence in. It starts with 'p' and ends with 's' and it's a five-
letter word.)
On the way back from Bathurst, Yasantha got car-sick and pukked.
Yasantha thought the the bus wasn't smelly enough, and thus created lots of natural gas in the toilet to fill up the bus, but the problem is we couldn't flush his 'stuffs' away... the toilet was blocked!!! =)
During the sheep dissection, Yasantha concentrated too much and didn't even realise that he put his hands on Soo Jin's shoulders to maintain his balance... hmm...

Hmm... I guess Beri must be pretty hungury... otherwise, why did she bring her chips into the photo as well?

This photo was taken by Mr. Grant during one of our very last agricutlure classes we had in Year 12.

Hmm... yummy... BBQ... this BBQ was supposed to be for students in Mr. Brown's class, but I went along anyway. Hehe... nice food. =)
